Descrição do Projeto:

O projeto para a construção da nova sede da Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, está implantado em um terreno junto com outros edifícios já existentes, que hoje são utilizados para a atual secretaria, e será reutilizado. Como se trata de uma construção nova, a proposta do projeto é integrar o novo prédio com o ambiente, que conta com uma vasta vegetação e árvores que foram todas preservadas, sendo utilizados madeiras e vidros a fim de permitir a entrada de iluminação natural e preservar a vista do local fazendo com que a natureza e prédio conversem entre si. Já existe um calçamento que será feito alguns ajustes, bem como estacionamento.

A entrada do edifício terá um pórtico e uma guarita, e a calçada será refeita com piso podotátil até a entrada da edificação. Os demais projetos complementares serão considerados no projeto. A futura construção foi implantada de forma a aproveitar ao máximo o terreno, com volumetria e plantas bem desenvolvida para que dialogue com a natureza do local.

As diretrizes do projeto paisagístico seguem a premissa de integração ao meio urbano e a arquitetura, buscando- se priorizar a sustentabilidade, acessibilidade e economia de meios para manutenção e preservação. O projeto conta com uma área permeável de 1172,02m², o paisagismo do entorno propõe a escolha das espécies adotadas, considerando-se que o foco principal de intervenção na paisagem deve buscar relações com as condicionantes urbanísticas e a edificação. O Projeto de Paisagismo tem como base o Projeto Arquitetônico, inclusive das construções já existentes.

Quanto a escolha das vegetações é sugerida plantios simples, com poucas espécies, mas que irão fazer toda a diferença em relação ao visual estético e de conforto da edificação. Para destacar a ideia exposta acima, foi sugerida o plantio de ipês rosa em um canteiro criado na fachada frontal do prédio. Além disso, foi proposta vegetações na parte lateral do prédio, com cascalhos e destacando o tronco centenário já existente, contando com iluminação cênica.

The project for the construction of the new headquarters of the Secretariat of the Environment is located on a plot of land alongside other existing buildings, currently used by the secretariat, which will be reused. As it is a new construction, the project aims to integrate the new building with the surrounding environment, which boasts extensive vegetation and trees, all of which have been preserved. Wood and glass will be used to allow natural light in and preserve the views, creating a harmonious interaction between nature and the building. An existing pavement will undergo some adjustments, as will a parking area.

The building’s entrance will feature a portico and a guardhouse, and the sidewalk will be redone with tactile paving extending to the building’s entrance. Other complementary projects will be considered in the design. The future construction has been implemented to maximize the use of the land, with well-developed volumetry and plants that harmonize with the local nature.

The landscape design guidelines follow the premise of integration with the urban environment and architecture, prioritizing sustainability, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness in maintenance and preservation. The project includes a permeable area of 1172.02 m², and the surrounding landscaping proposes the selection of adopted species, considering that the main focus of intervention in the landscape should seek relationships with urban planning constraints and the building. The Landscaping Project is based on the Architectural Project, including existing constructions.

Regarding the choice of vegetation, simple plantings with few species are suggested, but these will make all the difference in terms of the aesthetic and comfort aspects of the building. To highlight the idea described above, the planting of pink ipê trees in a flowerbed created on the front facade of the building was suggested. In addition, vegetation was proposed on the side of the building, with gravel and highlighting the existing century-old trunk, featuring scenic lighting.
